On-Demand Reports

1. Select 13 Week Sales from the Select Report Type drop down box.

If prompted, select the check box in front of each location under Available Locations to include the selected locations in the report.

Click the check box in the column header to select All locations that appear in the list.

2. Click the Run button to generate the report.

1. Select Activations and Settlements from the Select Report Type drop down box.

If prompted, select the check box in front of each location under Available Locations to include the selected locations in the report.

2. Enter the Start Date and End Date to specify the date range for the report.

3. Click the Run button to generate the report.

1. Select Active Packs from the Select Report Type drop down box.

Independent Retailers	Reports contain information for your retail location.
Corporate Account Users Assigned to a Single Location	Reports contain information for the location assigned to your user ID. You cannot run a report for another location, nor can you run a corporate account-level report.
Corporate Account Users Assigned to Multiple Locations	If you select a retail location on the Menu bar, all reports will contain information for only the selected location. If you do not select a retail location on the Menu bar, reports will function in one of two ways: If you are running a report that displays a parameter that allows you to select one or more of your assigned retail locations, the report will run for only the location(s) you selected. If you are running a report that does not display a parameter that allows you to select retail locations, the report will contain all your assigned locations. The corporate locations that appear in these reports may include all corporate locations or only specific locations assigned to your user ID.
Maryland Lottery Users	If you select a retail location on the Menu bar, all reports will contain information for only the selected location. If you select a corporate account on the Menu bar, but do not select a retail location, reports will function in one of two ways: If you are running a report that displays a parameter that allows you to select retail locations within the corporate account, the report will run for only the locations you selected. If you are running a report that does not display a parameter that allows you to select retail locations, the report will run for all the corporate account's locations.
